In Carmel, IN or Evanston IL - I desire a Home Share/Room for Rent.

To acclimate myself, settle in, and live even more simply, I am seeking a win/win living situation with these amenities, for at least the first year I'm in that area:
  • private bedroom (probably sparcely furnished; open on this)
  • powder room
  • wifi
  • garage space
  • kitchen use and some space
    ​(like healthy yummy food? I may even share a little ;-)
  • smoke-free

​My youngest daughter and her family (husband, todder son, and infant daughter) moved from Chicago to Carmel last fall.   I also love alot of connections I have in Chicago.  I am excited about this next chapter!
February 13, 2016 Update:  I am currently streamlining (again ;-) and preparing to stage, show and sell my condo.  About 90 days after that (Closing day), I will head to Indyland to settle in.  My timeline on this is well crafted - Divinely Guided, actually; yet I can not say exactly when I will arrive, other than definitely latter-Spring to mid-Autumn.
